Redesigned navigation

Changes:

  • Removed the tabs on the left (grid works better on all devices)
  • Reworded the intro paragraph
  • Can we use a similar, (maybe simpler) design to the Eval portal?
  • Add a search box under "What are you looking for" ?
  • Less subheading, and have more information in those pages?
