Editing of sitewide CSS/JS will soon be restricted to a new user group, to improve the security of MediaWiki and the Wikimedia projects. The new group will be managed by the local communities, who need to set up the appropriate policy. To find out more and give feedback, see Creation of separate user group for editing sitewide CSS/JS.
