Removal of status for inactivity

Proposal

Note : there should be something done about inactive bots, sysops and bureaucrats on small wikis without active bureaucrats. If it is the scope of stewards to grant access on wikis where nobody can locally manage the rights, this is also their work to remove those permissions once unused.

There is an other method, which assured to respect consensus of local communities, but which will be really time-consuming. It consists in :

1. List the changes proposed on the local village pump (removal of certain rights for inactivity)
2. Wait at least one week
3. If no objection, go ahead and perform the proposed changes

Wishlist of とある白い猫

User contribs

Every wiki has a button to show contributions of users but there is no tool that lists a users last 50-500 edits on all wikis. Such a tool would be helpful in my view. -- とある白い猫 ^chi? 15:39, 19 December 2011 (UTC)

Advanced sulinfo.php

With an interface like sulinfo.php a tool could be devised to compare two users edit count. For example I want to check a users interwiki bot activity with interwiki contributions.
