Definition of CL Toolkit:

The different tools/functions used by Community Liaisons to engage communities in product development. These can be a type of communication or engagement, whether. Ideally each toolkit specifies individual steps in a workflow.

Does:

• identify workflow learning patterns for new team members, team members who are covering for other team members, or anyone interested in gaining insight into CL workflows.

Does not:

• guarantee that following any given workflow will automatically result in the desired outcome.
