This user is not a sockpuppet. Instead, this is a legitimate account, operated by Revi C.. Any comments should be posted on Revi C.'s talk page.

This account is an alternative account for revi, used to send emails on behalf of Ombuds Commission.

I use this account to prevent main account's registered email address private from anyone, as I had to endure a BUNCH of password reset spam when email+username combination for password reset email was not required.
