Steps to do:

  1. Copy list to User:Romaine/MassMessage
  2. Go to Special:MassMessage
  3. Add list of receivers: User:Romaine/MassMessage or use Global message delivery/Targets/WritingWeek
  4. Add a title: make sure the title is unique for each message
  5. Add main text: make sure project page is in bold, dates mentioned, reason added, main theme linked
  6. Add a footer: line with links to participants list, contributions list, sign-in/out
  7. Who sends the message? Add link to user page + 5 tildes Dutch: [[Gebruiker:Romaine|Romaine]] ~~~~~ / English: [[User:Romaine|Romaine]] ~~~~~
  8. Add message to archive: w:nl:Wikipedia:Wikiproject/Themaweek/Verzendlijst/Archief
  9. Empty User:Romaine/MassMessage

  2. Copy edition to Kroeg & check for links & extra info
  3. Send MassMessage to list
    1. Go to Special:MassMessage

    3. Add topic: Nieuwsbrief .. Wikimedia Nederland and add on dots the edition
    4. Copy Kroeg newsletter to message field & simplify bottom part
    5. Add footer:
