He is from Quanzhou, China, and he adds hoax images for vandalism on the articles of Chinese districs/prefectures. Using sockpuppets for creating hoax images on Commons and IPs from Fujian to add his hoaxes on multiple wikis. His first edits are from november 2015 on enwiki [1]
