Hi, I'm Status 401. I am a software developer with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and an aspiring technical contributor to the Wikimedia movement. My goal is to apply my skills in full-stack web development, AI, and animation to help build and improve tools for the global community.
About Me & My Interests
[edit]I am a passionate software developer with extensive experience in building scalable web applications and interactive user interfaces. I have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, and I have successfully led and developed several freelance projects and won national-level hackathons.
My primary technical interests lie in:
- Full-Stack Development: Building end-to-end applications using frameworks like Next.js, React, and Django.
- Artificial Intelligence & NLP: Leveraging tools like OpenAI and Python libraries (NLTK, Scikit-Learn) to create intelligent systems.
- Interactive Front-End: Creating engaging user experiences with libraries like Three.js and GSAP for animations and 3D rendering.
I am eager to find opportunities where I can use these skills to contribute to open-source projects that support free knowledge.
Skills & Past Projects
[edit]While I am new to contributing to Wikimedia, I have experience building a variety of technical projects. Below are a few highlights.
Project Highlights
[edit]- Digital Archive for Partition Literature (Internship): As a Technical Assistant at SRM University, I developed a digital repository for the "Sindhi Sanchaya" project. My work involved creating a comprehensive and interactive database to preserve and present partition-era literary archives.
- Tech used:** Next.js, Tailwind CSS, MongoDB, Node.js, NLP, Google Apps Script, OpenAI.
- AI Thumbnail Generator (SaaS): A freelance project for Tuffle Enterprises. I built a platform for generating YouTube thumbnails and video transcripts using AI, focusing on an intuitive UI and a scalable back-end architecture.
- Tech used:** Next.js, Tailwind CSS, NextAuth, AWS, Django, Python, OpenAI.
- Interactive 3D Website for Steelx (Freelance): For Mind Media House, I developed an immersive website showcasing the construction process of pre-engineered steel warehouses. The site featured interactive 3D models and step-by-step procedure animations.
- Tech used:** Three.js, Blender, React, GSAP, WebGL.
Achievements
[edit]- First Runner-up, Kriyeta 2.0 Hackathon (National Level): My team developed a comprehensive e-learning platform featuring personalized learning, community forums, video calling, and an embedded compiler.
- Third Runner-up, HackHound 2.0 Hackathon (National Level): My team created a system using AI/NLP to standardize marking schemes across different Indian state education boards to aid in recruitment processes.
