Just my opinions how to improve Meta community:
- We should have some guidelines regardings signatures. They should always contain the username and a link to it.
- Talk pages should never be allowed to delete or clean, only if it's about vandalism or attack. If there are many discussions, just archive it (by copy-pasting, don't move).
- Don't mark edits as minor, if they are not minor. Minor edits are only those where you fix typos or something like that.
- Some admins don't care about how they hide the revisions, when you want only hide the abusive username use "Hide target and parameters", there's usually no need to choose the "Hide edit summary".

Only allow registered users to use the translate extension
Tests / vandalism on translation pages (Translations: and CNBanner: namespaces) is quite high percent of all IP edits made on Meta-Wiki. I propose to allow only registered users to use the translate extension.
