My Work
As a Senior Programme Officer on the Content Enablement team, I develop structured volunteering programmes and build cross-sector partnerships designed to reach and engage new contributors across the movement.
About Me
I'm passionate about media development, a journey that began with understanding the importance of media and information literacy and evolved into actively engaging with different concepts of media development. I previously managed collaborative programmes across multiple regions including the MENA region. Throughout my work, I've been shaped by questions around information equity, global representation, and whose voices get heard in public knowledge spaces. This all led me to the Wikimedia Foundation to do what I currently do.
