Request reason: Hi I'm hoping you can unblock me. This is not an open proxy. It's a Hurricane Electric Tunnelbroker address, which is how our IPv6 address is assigned. This is a static assignment and we've had it for about 10 years. I do all my editing using my logged in Wikipedia account. Thank you

Decline reason: Hello. There are currently no valid blocks. Also, there is no valid global block. However, HE ranges may be abused by users other than you, and may be blocked. In this case, you can edit with your account, and you can do so by requesting an IPBE to your account. Please see this Wikipedia:IP block exemption if you are editing enwiki. --Sotiale (talk) 01:04, 5 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Sotiale. Thank you for reviewing this request. I think you are saying that the address is not presently blocked? (We have not tried editing since the block was put in place.) But I understand that you are also suggesting that we should request an IPBE for this address, so we will do that. We appreciate your help.
