3. 20041027 tatsuさんにとってグローバル権限を使用する/してはならない状況はどのような場面でしょうか？
   • グローバル権限を行使する際は、荒らしに対してです。行使してはいけないのは、Global rollback#Local policiesに反する場合や明らかな荒らしではない編集の巻き戻しだと思います。日本語版や英語版Wikipedia等には、グローバル権限を荒らし以外に使ってはいけないという方針があるのですが、インキュベーターウィキメディアにはそのような方針が見当たらなかったのでsuppressredirectを使用しました。もし、方針を見逃していましたら、ご教授いただければ幸いです。

(横から失礼) お二人と同じくGR権限を預からせていただいている立場からして、20041027 tatsuさんの考え方が非常に危険だと感じたのでメッセージを書かせていただきます。

まず大前提として、GRの権限は荒らしを効率良く差し戻すための権限です。効率良く差し戻す為に、通常利用者には制限されてる各種権限の一部を使えるようにSRGPで信任いただいているものであって、荒らしの差し戻し用途以外で使うのは基本的にアウトです。

ローカルコミュニティからの求めがある時や、GR権限を用いないと解決できない時でローカルコミュニティから承認される場合、テスト目的の場合、自分のユーザーページなどで使用する場合などはコミュニティから認められたり黙認されることも多いです。が、それ以外の場合で使用をするということは権限の乱用と取られかねないリスクを背負うことになります。権限を行使するのはユーザー自身ですので、ご自身の責任でお使いいただく分には構いませんが、今回のように他の方から指摘されるようなことになります (ちなみに私も本件はsuppressredirectを使うべきじゃないと考えます)。

繰り返しになりますが、ローカルコミュニティの方針でグローバル権限をその本来の目的以外で使用して良いという特別なルールがない限り、グローバル権限を目的外で使う事は基本的にアウトです。autopatrolなど、自らの意志で無効化できないものもありますが、これも本来通常ユーザーには無い権限ですので、autopatrolを用いた編集（通常の編集行為全て）において、他のユーザーよりも慎重になる必要すらあるものであることをご理解ください。

まとめると、GRの権限を荒らしの差し戻し以外で使うのは、あなたがローカルコミュニティでその権限を割りあてられ使用することをコミュニティから認められた (ローカルコミュニティに権限使用に関するルールや合意が存在する) のでは無いのなら使うべきじゃないです。今回のようなカッコ付きのページの移動などで、リダイレクト跡地の削除を伴う管理者による管理業務を行うのであればローカルで管理者権限をリクエストしてください。もっとも今回はたとえ管理者権限を持っていたとしても適切な対応ではないようですが…。

今回のをGR権限の適切な利用と擁護するのは難しいものがあります。どうか改善なさるようお願い申し上げます。-- mirinano (talk) 14:07, 28 October 2022 (UTC)
