Request reason: I cannot imagine why in tarnation I am blocked. And cannot see a reason given. 22:06, 14 August 2019 SQL talk contribs blocked 209.236.96.0/20 talk with an expiration time of 3 years. Please explain. Please help. Did someone make a fourth of july mistake?

Decline reason: Hello. It's not your fault that you're blocked, it's because the IP you're using is either a proxy or assigned to a VPN or similar service. So if you turn off VPN or similar, you can edit normally. If you have a reason to use it, or if it's only assigned to you, I recommend creating an account and requesting an IPBE.
