I'm afraid narrowing to the requested range will still allow too much disruption to get through. This is an unusual situation since you presumably desire to edit Simple Wikipedia, where processes to handle this situation are not very clear. For this reason, I recommend using English Wikipedia's account for creation process at https://accounts.wmflabs.org/. The account created through them can be used on Simple Wikipedia.
