Request reason: Please unblock/unlock me so I can do 2nd chance on-wiki. And to Camouflaged Mirage:stop reviewing your own blocks it is not allowed. Only a steward can do this, thus, I want a steward to review. And also not Tks4Fish because he locked me. A non steward should not review and decline before a steward does. Thank you.

I HAVE made a 2nd chance document but I am worried that essentially what happens is is it does not get carried through properly, causing extra work for the Stewards when they copy/paste(if they want to)to see if it was valid, and I am literally blind in the situation.
