Decline reason: Your behaviour at Steward requests/Global doesn't say anything good about you, edit warring, as well as gaming of autoconfirm status to disrupt SRG. I will have blocked you personally too. Do give us a clear explanation of why you should be unblocked, what edits you will make (I don't believe an account without edit elsewhere will need to report at SRG in this sense). Please also tell us what have you don't wrong. Do remember not to start another unblock request w/o addressing the above matters, if not the access to this page will be removed.
