@RadiX: Hello, Donald here and I thought up some conditions that might ease stewards’ minds about unlocking me.
1 I will not request local unblocks via Meta or other wiki's outside of their official channels; 2 I will make not instigate interaction with any steward for the rest of 2017 (including using the noticeboard), as I think that you’re all sick of me; 3 I will properly tag any accounts I create linking them to me (I wish to use a test account in nl-wiki to see the limitations of editing in my user space as another user to see if I can invite others for collaboration, as well as request bot rights in nds-nl-wiki and commons in the more distant future); 4 I will not use the IRC or e-mail any user for the remainder of 2017 (unless another user invited me).
Can these restrictions work? I really just want to be able to add content and I fully accept that my local blocks are justified and that my conduct was wholly inappropriate.
This will be my last message on any wiki if I am not unlocked until October 10th.

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
