As such, I've sent two emails to you bmeehan at wikimedia.org inbox by now from a ProtonMail address of mine whose titles should be along the lines of "Reporting BrillLyle global ban evasions". @BMeehan-WMF: You're welcome! Unfortunately the T&S team told me that they're not choosing to ban the ban-evader's IP address identities at this time, although I had since found an additional temporary account which had been used by the ban-evader in the past. Please understand that ultimately the situation will require your personal attention with respect to handling and resolution given the complexity of it.

Are local project sysops empowered to unilaterally block the ban-evader's identities if they found the behavioral evidence convincing? Thanks.~2026-17415-46 (talk) 13:14, 20 March 2026 (UTC)

Template:Recurring online international meetings and Template:Main Page/WM News may list some opportunities of interest. Hopefully in your first one to two years you'll visit all of the large international events, plus many of the recurring online meetings.
