E911a
[edit]Hello Beeblebrox. Kindly check on c:User:E911a. I suspect that user is a probable sock of c:User:Judgefloro on the following grounds:
- Three no FOP-violating files at c:Category:Batasang Pambansa Complex, including File:State of the Nation Address Philippines (2023-07-24) E911a 44.jpg.
- Quantity-over-quantity uploads: c:Special:ListFiles/E911a.
- Virtually-identical manner of listing uploaded categories as seen at c:Category:Photographs by E911a, which is almost similar to the listing at c:Category talk:Photographs by Judgefloro.
If this matter is to be brought at WMF for global block of E911a account, it is up to the WMF admins if all of the uploads under E911a need to be removed at once, in a similar manner as the response to c:User:Teddy Santiago's uploads before like a file that was initially kept at c:Commons:Deletion requests/File:Robinsons Woodcity Under Construction.jpg; refer to both c:User talk:Teddy Santiago#Deleted content and w:en:Wikipedia:Long-term abuse/Bertrand101#Habitual behavior. This is if E911a is indeed a sockpuppet of Judgefloro.
I am hoping for your response to this matter. Regards, JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 19:31, 29 August 2023 (UTC)
- That looks like them all right, filed a report here [1] and also suggested that Commons contact T&S about this. Beeblebrox (talk) 02:11, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks for bringing it up there. By the way, I have listed the files speedily-deleted by Taivo on the Philippine FOP category. But I think there are still many FOP problematic files uploaded by the Judgefloro sock. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 04:22, 31 August 2023 (UTC)
- Hello again Beeblebrox. Are images at c:Category:2023 Philippine barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections probable contributions of a Judgefloro sock? JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 08:28, 5 November 2023 (UTC)
- Almost certainly. Reported at [2]. Beeblebrox (talk) 18:16, 5 November 2023 (UTC)
Valenzuela400 at enwiki
[edit]Hello. Kindly check on this user (w:User:Valenzuela400), the user does upload tons of images, including unfree sculptures of the Philippines (I already nominated some here). JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 03:49, 21 January 2024 (UTC)
- Hi again. Is the user a potential JF sock? The user replies in recent threads on their talk page does bear some similarities to JF remarks. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 10:21, 1 February 2024 (UTC)
- Hello again Just Step Sideways (formerly Beeblebrox). Any update on your investigation (if there is)? I forgot to tell you that Commons admin Explicit messaged me months ago regarding Valenzuela400, since their replies were giving Explicit "Judgefloro-esque vibes". JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 01:55, 4 October 2024 (UTC)
- I took a prolonged wiki-break earlier this year, so I didn't see this at the time. I'll have a look. Just Step Sideways (talk) 18:50, 4 October 2024 (UTC)
- Hello. Are there any updates on this case? Regards, JWilz12345 (Talk|Contributions) 05:27, 3 February 2025 (UTC)
- I just blocked them. Frankly, this is exhausting. I've been dealing with this person on-and-off for about fifteen years. I asked the office to office ban him in November of 2023, and was waiting to see if they would do so. It literally took them a year to make a decision, and sadly, that decision was to not office ban him. Beeblebrox (talk) 16:38, 3 February 2025 (UTC)

Any policy updates for global block?
[edit]Previously, a user with a history of cross-wiki abuse will get locked, or stewards refused locked but community requested banned. Any updates for global block a user? Lemonaka (talk) 15:40, 31 January 2025 (UTC)
- I guess it's currently marked as a draft, which I had not noticed until just now, but Global blocks#Global account blocks says it is for Who are otherwise blatantly disrupting multiple projects and that would would certainly seem to apply here, but it appears stewards are unwilling to issue either a block or a lock despite the clear and obvious disruption moving from one project to the next, so a global ban would appear to be the only remaining option. Beeblebrox (talk) 19:20, 31 January 2025 (UTC)
- There's some techinical problem about globally block a user, since Jimbo v. Thekohser. I hardly saw any users being global blocked. Lemonaka (talk) 04:46, 1 February 2025 (UTC)
