Sorry but i think you are wrong. Galilean relativity completely fulfill the first postulate and does not require Lorentz transformation to be true. Obviously the particular chioce of postulates is not unique, you can reach the very same results with different but equivalent postulates.
I'm not an expert but if you can proof your statement I would be very interested.--Berto 13:30, 2 Dec 2004 (UTC)
