That was a set up you have to know all of the details .  When you were hacked and they know they did wrong there going to try to set you up .  I have no reason to hack anybody was even running a business cell or send spam.  There's always two sides to the story I am innocent I never did anything wrong to anyone .  Of course they're going to try to do anything to make everybody think I'm the bad guy . Yes I have right I'm not a rat for everybody to study you have plenty of patients that you could study you should've asked. Understanding user rights[edit]

I hope that you don't see me as just trying to be difficult with my recent comments. I think that you have a misunderstanding on rights and their allocation.

Primarily rights are meant to be locally issued following a consensus of the (each) community. There is a process for seeking approval of communities the allocation of rights, and a community is able to discuss what rights are available.

As some communities do not have local rights holders, there is two levels of fallback

global sysops (those acting to do non-controversial actions, eg. spambot cleanup, undertaking a community's request)
stewards (as per global sysops, + act as bureaucrats and checkusers, as required).

These rights are reserve powers, and not to be used in communities where we are active participants. They do not set operating actions, and they are basically subservient to local rightsholders. The rights are not for convenience to undertake actions in communities where we are each active participants. I understand, I was just slightly surprised by the harsh language, seeing as it is not always evident where to post requests. Additionally, maintenance work is in my book slightly difficult to define, and I would definitely call fixing infoboxes, citations and various templates maintenance work. Your list was constructed so poorly that I got 27 messages on 27 different projects. Other people I've talked to were spammed similarly in over-the-top ways. I'm going to revoke your rights to do this until you can convince an admin that you will not use this feature without taking far, far more care in constructing lists in the future. I understand it was over the top to message you on all those Wikis, my reasoning was that many do not check their messages on their non-main Wiki so often. I was certainly not prepared that my lists would find someone who had made significant edits to more than 20 Wikipedias medical articles. I personally am active on over 50 projects, but only regularly read my main page. Unfortunately I don't have any method of telling which is the main active Wikipedia, so I hope you understand my dilemma Do you have any suggestion on what I should do in these cases Courcelles? The list was construed by users that had made more than a significant number of edits. It is possible that the list I provided had different criteria depending on which Wikipedia the edits were made on, but the criteria was definitely more than a few, and the pages were vetted against the w:en:WP:MED list of included articles. Sending messages to bots was in error, as for the user with a single edit, I do not know where the criteria fell down, I didn't procure the list myself, but was informed it was only of users with a number of medical edits. The list may be faulty in certain respects yes, but it is construed after a set of rules that demanded a certain number of edits to medical articles, and unfortunately it was not able to tell me which was the main Wiki of a user. Participate in the Inspire Campaign and help address harassment![edit]

Through June, we’re organizing an Inspire Campaign to encourage and support new ideas focusing on addressing harassment toward Wikimedia contributors. The 2015 Harassment Survey has shown evidence that harassment in various forms - name calling, threats, discrimination, stalking, and impersonation, among others - is pervasive. Available methods and systems to deal with harassment are also considered to be ineffective. These behaviors are clearly harmful, and in addition, many individuals who experience or witness harassment participate less in Wikimedia projects or stop contributing entirely.

Proposals in any language are welcome during the campaign - research projects, technical solutions, community organizing and outreach initiatives, or something completely new!
