~ Seb35 [^_^] 15:46, 16 June 2012 (UTC)

Merci pour votre message Seb35. Bonne soirée--Cquoi (talk) 18:56, 16 June 2012 (UTC)

Thank you for your translations[edit]

Dear Cquoi:

Thank you for helping to translate the WMF Grants and Participation Support program pages on Meta. Thanks to your efforts, these programs will be accessible to more people all over the world. We would like to send you something in appreciation of your work, so please contact us by Email at grants at wikimedia dot org with your name, shirt size (optional), address for delivery (not a PO Box), and telephone number (for delivery).

We would also like to let you know that our programs are growing and we will need to make some significant changes to these program pages in the next few weeks. When this happens, these pages may need to be retranslated, although much of the new text will be identical or similar to the text you've already translated: you've already translated this text, so you'd be able to copy and paste much from your existing translation. Please consider continuing to support the movement's work in this area, and please continue to let your multilingual friends and colleagues know that this support is still needed as our programs grow!

Please also let us know if you have any feedback for us: it's always welcome.

With appreciation,

Wolliff (talk) 16:57, 14 August 2012 (UTC) (on behalf of the Wikimedia Grants Team)

Bien cordialement --Cquoi (talk) 17:18, 15 November 2012 (UTC)
OK, c’était juste pour savoir s’il n’y avait pas une autre raison (certains ont de drôles d’idées des fois…) — Ltrl G – 18:38, 15 November 2012 (UTC)

Fundraising translation feedback[edit]

Hey Cquoi,

I wanted to ask for your help. As you may be aware we have been running banners on many language wikis. We have a lot of new content this year and I really want to conduct a thorough review of our translations. This is a combination of feedback from the community, readers, donors as well as those with professional translator experience. This will help us ensure the highest quality of translations used in our messaging.

To help us out with this I wonder if you would be willing to give us feedback in french using This Link

Simply follow the simple instructions on that page and if you have any questions feel free to contact me on my talk page.

Many Thanks

Jseddon (WMF) (talk) 06:57, 26 March 2013 (UTC)

Please fill out our brief Participation Support Program survey[edit]

Hello, the Wikimedia Foundation would like your feedback on the Participation Support Program! We have created a brief survey to help us better understand your experience participating in the program and how we can improve for the future. You are being selected to participate in our survey because you submitted or commented on Participation Support requests in the past.

Click here to be taken to the survey site.

The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. We really appreciate your feedback! And we hope to see you in the Participation Support Program again soon.

Happy editing,

Siko and Haitham, Grantmaking, Wikimedia Foundation.

Ready for translation: VisualEditor News #1—2016[edit]

Pendiente-traducir.png

Hi! This is an invitation to join translators working on the upcoming issue of the multilingual newsletter for the visual editor, which will be widely delivered as usual on Friday (end of the day in Europe). This time it features, among other things, updates about tables and about the single edit tab system (if you're looking for more translation opportunities, please consider the related overview). Thanks a lot for your support, as usual! Elitre (WMF), 21:37, 22 February 2016 (UTC)

PS: Here are some instructions. Please go to the translation page: your language should be available from the drop-down menu on the right. Once you've selected it, you'll see the document in English side by side with any translation work already done in your language. You can add new translations or modify existing ones. Please let us know about difficulties you experience with the translation memory system.

Hi! This is an invitation to join translators working on the upcoming issue of the multilingual newsletter for the visual editor, which will be widely delivered when it's end of Friday in Central Europe, and that features, among other things, rumours about a much-desired syntax highlighting tool... Invitation to Met Open Access Artworks Challenge (15 May - 30 June)[edit]

We'd like to invite UNESCO participants to join a new challenge on the same model, the Met Open Access Artworks Challenge. You can contribute by illustrating with images using some of the 375k photos now under CC0, starting or improving articles (try our new Mbabel tool!), or creating translations (if your language isn't listed, please ask!). You can sign up here: Met Open Access Artworks Challenge/Participants. --Pharos (talk) 18:00, 5 June 2017 (UTC)

COH Challenge[edit]

Hi!

Thank you for your contribution to the UNESCO Challenge a couple of months ago.

I don't know if you have noticed, but there is a new competition starting tomorrow, that is co-arranged by UNESCO and Wikimedia Sverige – the COH Challenge. This time, the purpose is to get as many of the images uploaded as part of the Connected Open Heritage project (e.g. of world heritage sites, the images can be found here) as possible to be used in Wikipedia articles (however, at most five images – with caption – per article).

I hope you want to participate! :)

Best, Eric Luth (WMSE) (talk) 15:51, 30 June 2017 (UTC)

Hi Eric ! Thanks a lot for your message. I'll try to do my best to participate ! Regards Cquoi (talk) 16:52, 30 June 2017 (UTC)
