Dear Daniuu, let me answer your question [1]. I was reffering to the Greek WP spam user and puppeteer Παραής who creates these death-list pages. This user is active mainly on the "small" Greek wikis, where there are no active sysops, and so far has created dozens of socks, and also "contributes" with IPs. The indef. blocked accounts at Wikinews Tasosrodos, Nikosrodos, Oka with [2] belong to this user. @NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh: thanks for raising this matter. I was well aware that my request got declined (thanks to the ping and the trigger to my mailbox). I briefly discussed the request with BRPever on IRC (briefly logged in for that purpose). In those messages, I indicated that I withdrew the request and also asked him to have a second look at the block (message got sent at 14:07 CET for the withdrawal fyi). I'll refer to them for a further look at the block. Hope this answered your question

@NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh The same user created page about same subject in several small wikis, some of which have been deleted as not notable. IMO, it could be UPE spam, so I want to hear further from the user before unblocking them on that wiki. @190.109.15.35: Thanks for getting in touch. I initially blocked your account from editing metawiki for repeatedly importing a conflict from another wiki. The initial block was just a temporary block, which should have given you the opportunity to appeal your eswiki block through the custom eswiki processes. Unfortunately, you elected to evade the block on your account using an IP, after which you were also indefinitely blocked. To appeal your meta block, you can place {{Unblock}} on your talk page (with a good rationale for why you should be unblocked). Please note that I cannot judge on your block on the Spanish Wikipedia (and that an eventual appeal concerning your block on meta will be handled by an independent administrator). There are still some existing pages about this individual created by one of his socks (Xipea (talk · contribs)). Would you consider also deleting these pages...

With something like \bjokergamigslot\.com\b, I reckon there is value in using "jokergamigslot" and no further qualification.
