Request reason: I'd like to edit this page as a supporter, http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikiversity_Arabic. This is because it hasn't been decided yet to be part of the main Wikiversity languages. The original block message is: Your user name or IP address has been blocked. It also explained that I can confirm my email in the preferences, but I never get such message in Wikipedia and Wikiversity!

Repeated Blocking[edit]

Request reason: I think the reason I always get auto-blocked is that we in Yemen don't have a fixed IP and thus my IP address changes from time to time every log into the network or new connection. I'd like to edit the Wikiversity Arabic page under the Arabic discussion part, Other discussion. Thanks for help. Block message: Your user name or IP address has been blocked.
