From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

I am Damilola 'Fash'Fasoranti, a Certified Catalyst Coach, an award-winning Social Entrepreneur with a decade of experience of interfacing with citizens, the public and private institutions in Africa to create sustainable solutions to youth unemployment and education problems.

I am the Chief Listener at Prikkle Academy where he co-creates 'schools without teachers' with grassroots and peri-urban stakeholders to uncover their potentials, then mobilize it to create street-smart solutions.

In 2017, I launched Nigeria’s first solar-powered grassroots innovation hub (called a makerspace) to unleash the ingenuity, talent and passion in African Youths and Children. In 2021, I created the Youth Employment Catalyst in Rwanda, to equip Rwandese and African professionals with the topical tools, resources and support they need to create and get decent jobs in and out of Africa.

I have reached more than 20,000 Students and Youth in Africa and Asia engaging communities to create home-grown projects through innovative global thinking.

I am the Country Director of IOBE (International Organization of Business & Engineering) in Nigeria, a 2015 kanthari Fellow, India; 2017 Dalai Lama Fellow, USA; 2017 SIP Fellow-LEAP Africa, Nigeria; 2018 Global People's Fellow, USA; 2019 African Presidential Leadership Program Alumni, Egypt and others.

I am interested in Wikipedia and Wikimedia activities and want to join the Wikimedia Rwanda User Group as I currently reside in Kigali. I hope to learn from their experience of everyone here and support the build of this community with the networks, skills and experience that I have.
