Hi, User:Angelica Norgren and User:Natalie Gohrke probably belongs on this list as well. They are locked already, I just remembered them from svwiki. You can add them in if you'd like and if you agree with me. EstrellaSuecia (talk) 11:56, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

EstrellaSuecia, yup, those definitely are related. It's strange, though - my list was generated (semi-)automatically and they added one of the domains I had as a search condition, so I'm not sure why they weren't picked up. I'll need to look into that. GeneralNotability (talk) 13:42, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

FP - Edina Bozoky[edit]

Looking at the edits I would guess that she is a false positive. The edits are meaningful, on topic and most of the edits are not even related to spamming. --grin 09:10, 26 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Grin, nope, that was a valid hit. The edits are largely updating Alexa ranks (common for this farm), their huwiki userpage fits the odd babel choices typical of the farm, and this edit is, without question, a product of this group - "in (time period) the website (website) was one of the most popular and reliable sources in (language Wikipedia)" is basically the template for the campaign that spammed the paper "Modeling Popularity and Reliability of Sources in Multilingual Wikipedia." I also note that enwiki checkuser-confirmed that account to several other members of this sock group. GeneralNotability (talk) 12:19, 26 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
GeneralNotability Thanks. Are the referenced numbers / data / papers false or fake? --grin 15:06, 26 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Grin, I have not read the papers themselves in much detail, so I do not know whether they are accurate. The papers themselves, as far as I can tell, are all real (though I don't think they were published in quality peer-reviewed journals). GeneralNotability (talk) 15:12, 26 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
