Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason: Hello, my user account has been blocked with underlying IP address ‪2A09:BAC1:5100:38:0:0:241:36 for open proxy. I do not use any open proxies, but then if there is any detection say otherwise then it means there might be something wrong with my internet service provider. I am an active editor on Malay Wikipedia and the block has prohibited me from editing since today. Please help me.

Decline reason: Hi Hakimi97, your account is not blocked, but affected by the block of Special:Contributions/2A09:BAC0:0:0:0:0:0:0/29. As soon as your request for global IP block exemption [1] got approved, there should no longer be any problems with editing. You can also use Special:Contact/stewards to contact the stewards. Looking at your global contributions [2] it seems like you are no longer affected by the proxy block anyway? --Johannnes89 (talk) 12:44, 1 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Ukraine's Cultural Diplomacy Month 2025: Invitation

[edit]

Dear Hakimi97!

Wikimedia Ukraine, in cooperation with the MFA of Ukraine and Ukrainian Institute would like to invite you to once again participate in annual "Ukraine's Cultural Diplomacy Month". We accept contribution in all language editions of Wikipedia! As always, the campaign is dedicated to famous Ukrainian artists of cinema, music, literature, architecture, design, and cultural phenomena of Ukraine that are now part of world heritage.

Join the campaign and win valuable prizes!

You are also welcome to translate the landing page of the contest and banner into your own language.

As part of the campaign, we’ve also prepared a special event for you!

Have you ever explored a museum not in person, but as your digital avatar? Join us for a guided virtual tour through the Museum of Stolen Art — during the tour, you’ll learn how Russian forces looted and demolished museum collections and cultural monuments in occupied cities, with a particular focus on Mariupol.

💬 You’ll also have the opportunity to translate and improve articles related to the event as part of the UCDM 2025 campaign.

What do you mean vandalism?

[edit]

I was adding more contents for Wikipedia Yawi. It's not like I wrote something with hateful elements. Please explain it. 裕仁少女 (talk) 12:12, 18 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

Hi @裕仁少女,
First of all, do you realize that the "Requests for new languages/Wikipedia Yawi" is not for Standard Malay (Jawi script), instead it is specifically for Kelantan-Pattani Malay language, which is an entirely different language to Standard Malay language? Your contribution on revision 28748035 does not help at all, because "[موك (page)] [ڤربينچڠن (page talk)] [تلونتوق (index)] [بوال تلونجوق (index talk)] [ڤڠارڠ (author)] [تمودوڬ ڤڠارڠ (author talk)]" are all for: (1) Standard Malay language; (2) Wikisource. Do you even understand Kelantan-Pattani Malay language? If not better avoid to edit the request page that I just mentioned.
Hakimi97 (talk) 12:29, 18 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
Since your edits were not justifiable in any meaningful sense, unfortunately I assumed your edits to be a form of "vandalism" although you might did it with good intention. Hakimi97 (talk) 12:31, 18 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
