I am sorry, but I am not following some of the presented facts.
- how low-barrier low-key activities presented can engage more volunteers to the Chapter? Chapter work is not about foto hunt or proofreeding?
- what about Threats to effective volunteer management. Arent they a naturel of our organisations? Or do you think we should prevent us from such threats?. How you would prevent these threats within WMF. And if they rise up in WMF - what do you do? As you said, WMF doesnt support/help to Chapters, which works on the internal problems as they doenst work on the WMF mission, thats why I am asking about the internals of WMF.
