Pretty sorry I couldn't comment too much on it, but I thought it would be possible, if you means import from one site to another. For example there's a page w:Monacensia on English Wikipedia which was imported from German Wikipedia, and there's a de> prefix before the username for those imported edits. If you means upload imports, I could say I know few of it and the permission which allows user to import an XML could only be granted by stewards. Stang 21:45, 17 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
