Request reason: global block — Hello , my IP 78.108.169.9 was disabled and i cant edit or create any page anymore and i wanted to unblock i should visit my talk page and add this text with a reason why i should be unblocked but the problem is that i cant even edit my talk page and i clicked on the user : Shizhao who disabled my IP and i found that i cant edit my talk page here on wikimedia, is there any way to unlock my IP from here and be able to edit pages and if not how can i edit my talk page on wikipedia? Thank you.
