Dolgan Wikipedia

- Kind of rude, aren't you? You have no clue of my level of Neo nor you know what I have been doing regarding Dolgan, so please stop judging others and being rude here. There are different ways of saying things, which include asking politely whatever doubts you might have. You could have done so, and I would have told you that I am creating the Dolgan Wikipedia together with User:Sauit, who has asked for permission to translate the most important messages, apparently that is now done.
