[edit]I understand that you cannot access IRC, but you can learn how to use IRC by reading w:ja:Wikipedia:チャット, so please refer to that and try connecting to IRC at #Wikipedia-ja-unblock.
If you don't know how to use IRC, you can also ask for permission to edit the conversation page on the mailing list. For information on how to use the mailing list, see w:ja:Wikipedia:メーリングリスト.

- In that case, please ask for the ban to be lifted and for permission to edit the conversation page on #Wikipedia-ja IRC (but please note that the logs of this IRC channel are public).
- Alternatively, you can use Wikipedia's common mailing list (wikipedia-l).
