Hello Maryana, welcome in the Wikimedia Projects. I wish you success in your position and hope that you collaborate good with the people who participate in the Wikimedia Projects and learn about how the projects work in the next months. I for myself think that you have a responsibilty as the CEO of the Wikimedia Foundation that you dont take so much money for your work and my ideal vision is that the compensation for the CEO is not much higher as for other employees. I dont see good reasons for that. Please think about the compensation you get and if it is possible to reduce it.. You could say to the board that you take only a part of the compensation and that where from my point of view a good signal for other people. As long as there are people who have no work and who are poor it is from my point of view better to pay more people instead of a few people a lot.--Hogü-456 (talk) 17:20, 17 September 2021 (UTC)
