I can't also check that user at the project he's edited (enwiki) because I'm not permitted to use that tool there. Avi is a steward and a checkuser at enwiki too, he may help you with enwiki stuff. Thank you. My question is: even if the account has those edits (60) - does ptwiki allow that kind of usurpations? On most projects I work on that wouldn't be allowed; but if local policy says it is OK it's fine for me too.
