Please don't make nonsense proposals

I support your unblock on Simple English Wikipedia, but your request to get Polygnotus globally locked is obviously not going to happen. Global locks are NEVER used if a user hasn't even been blocked on any wiki. Your request doesn't follow the guidelines on Global locks at all, and making proposals like this is likely to provoke others and make your situation worse. I was advised by @A09, as well as a steward on IRC to request a global lock. Other than that, I have reported Simple Wiki's conduct to the UCoC committee for failure to enforce and am waiting for a response.

Global locks are NEVER used if a user hasn't even been blocked on any wiki. is blatantly false, actually majority of locks happen on LTAs which get locked faster than they get locally blocked. Based on situation described in the email I agreed a global lock is in place, although now given the name I also agree with user above that a lock is unlikely and should be resolved via different venues. @A09 Should I retract my report then? I emailed stewards as advised on IRC but they (email steward) redirected me to the lock request page. What different venues would you suggest? note that through email I have given a much better understanding of the user's violation, an understanding not possible through the two-sentence summary I have posted on global lock request
