Thank you for participating Election with your endorsements, however currently we have to hold not accepting your endorssements. Please put a link to your home wiki (and perhaps a link from there to your meta user page). Otherwise, your endorsements will be disqualified due to unproven eligibility. Translation/list

[edit]

Hi, thank you for listing you, however that list is now abolished. Please give a look to Transbabel and consider using templates on your userpage. Thanks! --Aphaia 01:30, 14 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Just read it after saving, wonder why I didn't before saving —O 03:01, 14 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

The graph project

[edit]

Hi there - Sorry to bother you…I noticed that you used to be interested in the Wikireason project. I wanted to introduce you to a similar project, thegraph.org, which was presented at a number of Wikipedia-related conferences this year (it was launched by a bunch of Wikipedians late last year). Maybe this will interest you... --Vptes 19:11, 6 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Fundraising Translators

[edit]

Hi O, my name is Deniz and I am working for the Wikimedia Foundation during the 2010 Fundraiser. My job is to act as a liaison between the Chinese community and the Foundation. This year's fundraiser is intended to be a collaborative and global effort, we recognize that banner messages that perform well in the United States don't necessarily translate well, or appeal to international audiences. I'm contacting you as I am currently looking for translators who are willing to contribute to this project, translating messages into Chinese and suggesting messages that would appeal to Chinese readers on the Fundraising Meta Page. Please let me know if you'd be interested in helping with this project, and add your feedback to the proposed messages as well! I look forward to working with you during this year's fundraiser. --Dgultekin 22:12, 7 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

IRC/Nicks

[edit]

Hello, O. I noticed that you added *!*@wikimedia/O to the IRC/N page. That looks more like a cloak than a nick to me. Could you please clarify? Thanks. :| TelCoNaSpVe :| 23:57, 24 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello O,

We’re excited to invite you to an inspiring global virtual gathering: the first Capacity Exchange Translat-a-thon.

Together with Language Diversity Hub, the Capacity Exchange (CapX) team will host its first Translation Marathon dedicated to ensuring linguistic equity in access to this amazing tool aimed to connect Wikimedians.
If you enjoy contributing to Wikimedia projects through translating and adapting content into different languages, this event is for you! Join us in the celebration of the multilingual spirit of the Wikimedia Movement at an event where communities that contribute in diverse languages will be able to share local knowledge and collaborate across borders.
Many Tongues, One Movement: Voices Across Languages

  • Date: December 6, 2025
  • Time: 12 PM (UTC) - Check the event page for your local timezone
  • Location: Online (Meta-Wiki + live session links)

If you can’t join the live event, you can still contribute to the translations! Edits will be counted for two weeks, until December 20th. And everyone who participates will receive a special badge to display on their CapX profiles.
