The Strategic Wikimedia Affiliates Network (SWAN) is a developing forum for all Wikimedia movement affiliates to share ideas on the Wikimedia 2030 strategy process. It expands on the model of the All-Affiliates Brand Meeting to help lay some of the groundwork for a future Global Council.

We'll focus on strategic and outreach topics of mutual concern to all affiliates including Hubs+Dialogue, Movement Charter, Universal Code of Conduct+Enforcement Voting, Brand, International Women's Day+Gender Gap and WikiForHumanRights campaigns, and other ongoing activities.

South Asia Village Pumps mass message list[edit]

Hi Ramzy, hope you are doing well. I see that you have removed Malayalam, Bengali and Telugu Wikimedia projects with this editfrom the South Asia Village Pumps mass message list. I would like to know the reason as they are very much in scope for a South Asia list. Even though they maybe covered in other lists, they are in scope for this list too. I also wanted to note, this list not only used for WMF purposes, but also by volunteers to communicate about events in the region. So removing three major languages might be misleading. @KCVelaga: Hi Krishna. I apologize for the inconvenience. I did not realize that this list is also being used by volunteers while trying to gather a comms list for our South Asian facilitator, which is why I removed these three languages to other language-specific lists. Hello RamzyM, is there a reason for using the singular term "Board of Trustee" instead of plural "Board of Trustees" in https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Universal_Code_of_Conduct/Revised_enforcement_guidelines?
