About Szm accounts[edit]

Hi, I've looked that you locked suspected szm accounts like "2131szm" or "Szm2017". However, I'm not sure that the following accounts that you locked are a socks of 020730szm: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] and these edits are only reverted by nepalese users, I suspect that nepalese users write a "self-denounce" on SRG [7] This is a text copied of my old report on SRG. 020730szm is a Chinese, you can check his IP address as an example and an other sock of him, from Quanzhou. Those recent accounts that I've mentioned at first of this message, aren't a socks of 020730szm. (I'm an author, It's in Hebrew) and discovered you blocked my IP address from all editing in Wikipedia or something like that... on grounds of *long term abuse*. What gives? About that last sock, I don't think this was Nipponese dog Calvero. It was korean and written in Korean. NDC is Chinese in Taiwan. Possibly someone creating the account? kind of like the Tulsi Bhagat thing? Because, it was typical for User:Lanwi1 to send a request for a lock and they usually edit on Japanese wiki (jawiki) or chinese wiki (zhwiki). The one mentioned above is from Korean wiki (kowiki). Could you please unblock he in Ukrainian projects at least, as Ukrainian Wikisources administrator I didn't see any destructive behavior here. Я заметил, что меня глобально заблокировали за "кросс-вики вандализм", якобы я виртуал или имею виртуала Словянин. Но это не так. Я не делал никаких вандальных действий, а в украиноязычных проектах тем более. Прошу объяснить в чем причина.

Хочу также сказать, что IP-адреса, с которой я написал, пользуются многие лица и время от время меняется провайдерами.

Не делали никаких вандальных действий? 5 января в 15:25 вы разблокировали себя на ruewiki используя свою куклу Словянин. Далее через 27 минут вы использовали свою учётную запись KHMELNYTSKYIA для переименования Діскузія:Білорусія в Діскузія:Білорусь. Далее вплоть до 18:55 идут различные правки совершенные KHMELNYTSKYIA, когда эта ваша кукла прекращает свою активность. Через две минуты просыпается Словянин, который спал пока KHMELNYTSKYIA была активна. При этом вся активность исходила из одного и того же IP. UAs тоже полностью совпадают. На странице uk:Вікіпереворот у Русинській Вікіпедії написали, что стюарды "тупые". Поверьте это далеко не так. Так что всё идёт к тому, что ваша основная учётная запись останется "локнутой" навсегда. Я уже говорил, что данний IP-адрес используют многие и любой, кто ним пользуется, мог создать соответствующих пользователей. Более того, провайдер время от времени меняет IP-адрес. Поэтому не следует говорить, что это мои виртуалы.

Разблокировал меня Славянин потому, что я попросил его об этом. Честно это или нет. Возможно и нет. Но я не прошу меня разблокировать в русинской википедии. Я не против блокировки моего аккаунта в данной википедии, только потому что она мне не нужна.

Я действительно переименовал страницу Беларусь, потому что об этом попросил на странице обсуждения данной статьи белорусский пользователь. Это не вандализм. Затем я исправил страницу об Автономной Республике Крым, потому что это попросил сделать пользователь Ymblanter. Это также не вандализм. Всего я сделал 8 поправок в русинской википедии. Ни одна из них не вандальна.

Как я просмотрел историю правок Славянин, он совершал определенные действия как до моего захода на сайт, так и после. Ну и что, что он зашел через 2 минуты. В такое время (вечернее время) многие и делают большинство правок. В этом нет ничего удивительного.

Страница uk:Вікіпереворот у Русинській Вікіпедії вообще неясно что это. Она и еще удалена.

Вы можете увидеть мой глобальный вклад. Я не совершаю вандального действия, в чем вы можете убедиться, просмотрев любой википроект, любой. Кроме злосчастной русинской википедии, меня заблокировали только в татарской. И не из-за вандализма или неконструктивные действия. А потому, что возникла проблема с моим именем: Reason: # 9 Uygun olmayan kullanıcı adı (Неправильное имя пользователя).

В частности, вас выдала история страницы Доповідь розвідки США «Оцінки діяльності та намірів Росії на недавніх американських виборах» в украинских Вікіджерелах, где вы перепутали акаунты и вместо KHMELNYTSKYIA вычитывали с акаунта Словянин («администратора русинской Википедии»). Пожалуйста, признайте, что акаунт Словянин создали именно вы. Отрицанием очевидного вы делаете только хуже, так как разблокировка в этом случае будет невозможной.
  • @Ruslik0, с другой стороны, у участника KHMELNYTSKYIA был очевидно полезный вклад в украинской Википедии и Викитеке (в последней он был одним из самых активных участников) и на Мете (переводы на украинский). Фактически выходит, что вред от деятельности участника затрагивает исключительно русинскую Википедию, в то время как в других проектах у него полезный вклад. К сожалению, участник не указал электронной почты или другого контакта, а глобальный лок не позволяет участнику ни активировать википочту, ни править свою страницу обсуждения, поэтому возможность связаться с ним отсутствует. Речь идет об этом участнике, админ в англовики, для которого ни локальный лог ни глобальный не показывает ничего. Странно. Уважаемый и дорогой Ruslik0, скажите пожалуйста, как мне стать администратором в калмыцкой Википедии? А то двое участников User:Calmouk и User:Huuchin давно не активны уже более двух лет. Их уже фактически лишили статуса администратора вот и вот. Статья Wikipedia:Бичлиһан подвергается активной войне правок со стороны глобально-заблокированного User:Никита-Родин-2002. Я в калмыцкой Википедии совершил где-то около двух тысяч правок, что для малого языкового раздела Википедии, более чем достаточно что-бы стать администратором. Ничего страшного. Начинаете там голосование, например на xal:Wikipedia:Администраторуд сделав объявление на xal:Wikipedia:Бичлиһан. Ждёте неделю. Если процент «за» больше хотябы 60% (цифра с потолка, нет конкретного стандартного значения) или если вообще никто не проголосовал (читайте «никто не против», не важно что никто и не «за»), идёте на SRP и просите флаг. In the Sci-fi- checkuser request, you identified a sock account as Braude194. That does not appear to be a registered account. Was this a typo?

By the way, thank you so much for checking this. The disruptive activity of those socks caused very substantial damage on Wikiversity, which I'm now moving to clean up, but also on Wikipedia, an innocent user was blocked because of the resemblance of his name to one of the abusive socks. This chap has created more socks and is using at least two different IP ranges that I know of and is causing disruption at both Commons and en.wiki (that I know of). Can you take a look again, please? Two accounts after the global lock:

Thanks! Also, from looking at the kibana logs, it appears that filter 68 is the only filter that commonly takes over a second to execute. I'm guessing this is because all the other filters look at added_lines rather than added_links (and added_links is more expensive to extract). Could we change that filter to:
(added_lines contains 'media__/js/netsoltrademark.php')

For some reason this is still going really slow. It is checking add_lines on every edit across every wiki, so maybe it's just happenstance that it sometimes takes unusually long to run. Could we add something like edit_count < 50 to the top? He now have been unblocked at commons Wikimedia project, but anyway, he has to be global unlock then can have the ability to appeal the unblock request at local Wikipedia. Hi. With this filter, as it is not picking up false positives, how about we tick the "remove autoconfirmed status" as well? By doing this once they have hit the filter they then cannot upload, as one needs to be confirmed, whereas now they just need to make modifications or do junk to be spam.
