Hi Savah

I see you are an editor and contributor to a page about me and my career in the Royal Navy. I was made aware of the page several years ago and was surprised and slightly embarrassed since I had no input to it. However, I respect the fact that people have diverse hobbies and interests such as researching topics or people to create Wikipedia pages etc. I want to thank you for identifying a malicious edit that I have just noticed back in March this year. Clearly the person who made the edit lacks the courage to contact me directly and incorrectly assumed I have a large ego and created the page about me myself. The change that they made regarding ‘ESS’ was intended as an insult as ESS is a company that provides cleaning and catering services for many military sites. I value all persons regardless of occupation, unlike the mystery editor.

Unfortunately some will continue to incorrectly assume that the page about me was created by me. Is it possible for you to make a reference on the page that it was not created or edited by me please? I would be most grateful if this could happen as clearly some people have the wrong impression of me.
