Cheating in votes is intolerable. You have cheated using other users' signature copy/pasting their comments from other pages. You are not even very clever since you had left a wrong word in a comment. And eventually, you have tried to close the vote using the signature of a meta sysop / steward. "Empowering" by vote rigging

Apart from the fact, that your vote-rigging here is intolerable, I have no idea, how on earth leaving an unmaintained, completely devoid of content and regularly spammed Wiki open should help to "empower" anyone on earth. Myself I have been working with indigenous peoples for many years. What has become very clear to me during that time is, that unwanted help is no help. No indigenous peoples have been involved during the creation of this any all the other dead wikis. Therefore they are dead and presumably will remain so.

If contributors fluent in Kanuri turn up and express their wish to create an encyclopaedia in their language, I'm sure that no-one will stand in their way. The problem is, that this is simply not the case and hasn't been for the last three years. --Johannes Rohr 14:46, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
