Livonian Wikipeida

Dear Steinbach,

I am trying to set up a project to build a Livonian knowledge base in Wikibase-Wikidata and to revive the Livonian Wikipedia project. I must say that I am very critical of the Livonian Wikipedia in the incubator: it was not very well received in the Livonian community, it is seen as the pollution of a very small corpus of a moribound language. In my opinion, the Livonian Wikipedia, and some other endangered language Wikipedia's would require a reset and new governance rules that specifically involve the Livonian community. Such endangered languages' Wikipedias are very easily hijacked by people who believe that they can read and write Livonian, or trolls, etc. It is clear that we cannot expect similar Darwinian editorial policies that in English or German that has tens of thousands, or more potential Wikipedians to correct errors.
