User talk:Uncle G/On fundamental principles

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

Hi, thanks for the note on my talk. NPOV is actually not a fundamental principle, in my view. Wikiversity doesn't require it, nor does WikiBooks, for their projects. More generally, where are you deriving this all from? Is it intended to be your view, or is it intended to become someting in Meta space? ++Lar: t/c 15:39, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the correction about 'books but if it's a policy proposal at wv, it's not a fundamental principle yet, is it? Should be... but isn't. Still at a loss as to what this is about. (the note at my talk, and the thrust of this page) Flattered, but why me? ++Lar: t/c 15:17, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
