Veritas University Wikimedia Student Club was established after a 2-day Introduction to Wikipedia training project organised by Wilson (talk) and funded by The Wikimedia Foundation. The event held at the Veritas University campus in January 2023.

The headquarters of the club is the central campus of Veritas University in Bwari, Abuja.

Team

Members of the club selected the following users to help administer and coordinate the club activities with the help of staff advisers and an experienced advisor. They include:

3. Iliya Blessing (talk)

Objectives

This club will be focused on contributing freely licensed content to the Wikimedia projects including Wikipedia, Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons through Edit-a-thons, Photowalks and Trainings.
