On 4–5 June 2026, the VSN will officially celebrate its first Annual Meeting since becoming a hub pilot, and we want you to be part of it!

Annual meeting of the network to discuss the future of the VSN and the results of the work carried out. The activity report and consultations regarding the pilot Hub were presented.
Annual Meeting 2022
Fifth international meeting dedicated to volunteer support within the Wikimedia movement, focused on peer-learning programs and retention.
Annual Meeting 2020
Fourth international meeting of the network, held virtually to address community challenges during the 2030 strategy and community health.
Zurich Meeting 2019
Third international in-person meeting held in Zurich, dedicated to strengthening the volunteer support infrastructure.
Vienna Meeting 2018
Second international in-person meeting of the VSN in Vienna, focused on the exchange of skills and best practices between affiliates.
Berlin Meeting 2017
The first international meeting dedicated exclusively to volunteer support in the movement, marking the formal beginning of the network in Berlin.

Where it all started. The project of an open global volunteer supporters network got going in London.
