In late 2025, and in order to support the governance of the Hub as part of the Hub pilot programme, an Advisory Group was created.

Lucy Iwuala is a language professional and community engagement strategist with expertise in language localisation, digital content management, and multilingual project coordination. Her work bridges gender, linguistic and cultural gaps, ensuring inclusive and accessible communication for global audiences. She is a member of the Igbo Wikimedians User Group, SSA Regional Funding Committee, and Wiki Loves Monuments International Team.

Employee of Wikimedia Austria since 2014, currently Head of Programs, and co-founder of the Volunteer Supporters Network. Volunteer in Wikimedia projects since 2005, focusing on the German-language Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, and Wikidata, with over 235,000 edits in total.

I help lead efforts to improve Wikipedia and its sister project’s representation of Ghana as the Board Chair of Wikimedia Ghana User Group. I am also the Communications Officer of the Humanist Association of Ghana, the Africa Coordinator of Young Humanist International, and the Vice President of Psych Aid & Love outreach. I advocate for human rights, mental health, and social justice. I strive to create a more equitable and informed world through his work.

Natalia Szafran-Kozakowska

Natalia Szafran-Kozakowska Natalia has been part of the Wikimedia Movement since 2008. She currently works at the Wikimedia Foundation as a Lead Movement Communications Specialist, supporting volunteers in the European region, celebrating Wikimedians, and working with users with extended rights. Previously, she worked at Wikimedia Poland as a Community Support Manager. In her volunteer work, she is an administrator of the Polish Wikipedia and previously served as an arbitrator and oversighter.

Rupal has been the Outreach and Community Coordinator at Wikimedia UK since 2023 and also supports the administration of the Volunteer Supporters Network.

Vic Sfriso

Vic is one of the co-leads of the VSN, is the Head of the Community and Advocacy Program at Wikimedia Argentina since 2022, and the Head of Programs at Wikimedia LGBT+.

Sara Thomas

Sara Thomas

Sara is one of the co-leads of the VSN, and is a Programme Manager at Wikimedia UK. Prior to this she was Scotland Programme Coordinator for Wikimedia UK, and Wikimedian in Residence at Museums Galleries Scotland and the Scottish Library and Information Council.
