Please describe any experience you have with working in Wikipedia/Library. Supported the integration of Wikimedia projects with local Librarians and educational institutions. What is your view on the development of our affiliation? My vision for the Wikimedia + Libraries is to foster cross-regional collaboration and knowledge sharing among librarians. To amplify voices from the Global South.

-I would like to see WLUG thrive in Transparent rules and procedures (roles, time demands, conflict resolution mechanisms). -Connections with professional development (I would love to strengthen ties with IFLA and other organizations so that the work carried out receives official recognition and can serve as professional development). -Active communication in languages other than English (imagine more regional coordination, WhatsApp groups and workshops in Swahili or other languages uniting more countries.
