Usnesení WMF

WMF resolutions and votes by the Board of Trustees are posted to the Wikimedia Foundation wiki. A version of each resolution may be posted here on Meta, for ease of translation and comments. Resolutions may be drafted on Meta or proposed, by anyone, via the Board noticeboard.

Once two Trustees move to vote on a draft, the vote is carried out on the Board wiki, or at a meeting of the Board, generally within two weeks.
