Based on the opportunity of Wikimedia Foundation to spread scientific knowledge and consciousness all over the world, many initiatives to create Wikipedias in Regional Dialects had been done. In this research paper, I will try to describe why these initiatives had failed to some extents and prove that Latin Typing can be useful in Writing Wikipedia in Arabic Dialects if some reforms would be efficiently done. But, doing an unbiased common method of writing Arabic Dialects using Latin Letters is not very easy...
