Description : The aim of this session is to facilitate the exchange of management experiences between selected groups from India and Mexico with the Arab groups. It will focus on governance practices, group management approaches, and activity implementation, while also exploring opportunities for collaboration and engagement in global initiatives involving these groups. Session Outline: How, and What Next In this workshop, the Arab community will learn how the Mexican chapter managed its organization and how the Arab community can work on building chapters. They will also learn from the Indian group about their various projects and how to develop innovative, out-of-the-box projects and ideas for Arab groups. The workshop will highlight potential collaborative projects that could bridge the borders between the Arab world and the West in the future.			Theme : Empowerment
