The Wikimedia Futures Lab was not a single event, but an ongoing process consisting of a series of conversations designed to spark a period of experimentation across the movement. It brought together Wikimedia affiliates, volunteer contributors, and external experts to deepen collective understanding of how global trends impact Wikimedia. This 45-minute session will explore the outcomes of the Futures Lab through a collaborative discussion with members of the Lab’s Core Organizing Team (COT). It will also feature contributions from Arab participants who took part in the Lab in Germany, providing an opportunity to share their experiences and insights. |
